Traverse the High Atlas mountains via the highest main road pass in Morocco, at 2260m altitude, offering stunning views and exhilarating driving. The route passes lush valleys and traditional adobe Berber villages. After the pass,leave the main route to reach Ait Benhaddou, the UNESCO world heritage site, which falls on the way and is a famous spot with movies like “Lawrence of Arabia” and “Jesus of Nazareth” shot in this location.
Walk across the river to visit the fortified Kasbah, situated atop the hill. Continue towards Ouarzazate through the Skoura palm grove and the Valley of the Roses. This valley is the center of Moroccan roses and rose products. 2nd Day : Dades Valley, Todra Valley, Old Irrigation System, Sahara Desert
