Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday or morocco weekend tours. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the full price. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). After booking we will request further information and this will include full names, e-mail addresses, home addresses, telephone numbers, date of birth, any health or dietary issues and emergency contact details. Where we use forms to collect sensitive data, we use Google Forms and the submitted data is stored only in Google Forms / Google Drive, password protected and only accessible by the directors.

With the exception of sharing your name and dietary requirements with your chosen hotels, we do not share this information with third parties.
